Starting from 2024, with HIRAM ARK COMPANY Ltd from Dubai as a consultant for credit and business programs, specialized in providing letters of credit, capital infusion, and guarantees (SBLC, LC, BC), based on the MANDATE CONTRACT WITH REPRESENTATION signed between FAUR TIBERIU, the owner of the "CASA FAUR" brand registered at OSIM under no. M 00270/2019, and "MAGAS LEGAL & FINANCE S.L" from Valencia (Spain), which has direct access to bank credits (NPL) as well as assets granted by banking funds (REO), for the concluded and/or mediated acts and contracts, for attracting financial resources and real estate intermediation, Mr. FAUR TIBERIU has been MANDATED to purchase and/or mediate the purchase of companies from various sectors (real estate, technology, agriculture, energy, etc.), ensuring capital infusion for the financial restructuring of companies or individuals/entities in financial difficulty, rescheduling, restructuring outside insolvency procedures or for those seeking a restructuring agreement, pre-emptive concordat, observation, reorganization, or other situations provided by Law 85/2014 regarding insolvency prevention and insolvency procedures, or those provided by Spanish Law no. 1/2020, respectively those outside an insolvency procedure, such as those regarding liquidation and/or dissolution established by Law no. 31/1990 on commercial companies, or for making agreements or arrangements to provide credit and/or aid to persons in financial difficulty or not, ensuring capital infusion, business acquisition, company, enterprise, entity, etc., through investment and/or acquisition of assets of any kind, intermediation for the sale and/or rental of real estate, commercialization of real estate projects and/or any other real estate activity, providing consultancy, management, administration, purchase of credits (taking over non-performing loans), from banking and/or non-banking institutions or similar ones and/or from various creditors (such as assignment of receivables, assignment of contract, payment to a third party or taking over debts), or those regarding the acquisition of businesses, production units, business centers, companies, and liquidation lots under enforcement, benefiting from sufficient economic and human resources for their intermediation or sale, or real estate products from all fields of activity.Given that we operate as a fiduciary non-monetary credit institution, funded by saved, attracted amounts, or those obtained by pooling money, labor, goods, industry, specific knowledge or services, attracted through brokerage, "Cash Pooling" commitments, our group aims as a possibility (this being a NEW element), the possibility of extinguishing a debt (including in the case of those who are debtors of an assigned claim), as a commercial strategy, in addition to trading, intermediation, bank or non-bank credit, other forms of loan provided by law, payment or takeover (by assignment/purchase), and compensation through: labor, goods (movable or immovable), uncollected invoices, industry, specific knowledge, barters, services, or arrangements, etc., our group being able to collaborate, based on a confidentiality and non-circumvention agreement, with any entity, company or person interested in our products.4o
